Mission Briefing
Next, we dive into the details. Over 3 to 8 weeks (depending on project size), we craft a detailed plan addressing milestones, measurable targets, and the level of support you’ll need. This briefing phase results in a clear work plan tailored to your project, ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 depending on the size and complexity of your project.
Ongoing Design Services
Once we’re aligned, we move into our monthly flow of work. You’ll have full access to services at your selected tier, and we’ll collaborate with your team to deliver assets, meet milestones, and adjust as your project evolves. Whether it’s strategy, execution, or ongoing iterations, we work in sync with your team to ensure the highest quality results. Regular check-ins ensure we’re always aligned and delivering the right level of support for your investment.
Flexible Approach
While ongoing support is ideal for most projects, we can adapt to a fixed-fee model for clearly defined, endpoint-driven projects, such as a website launch. If that’s what fits your mission best, we’ll tailor our approach accordingly.

Common Questions
How does the ongoing support contract work?
The difference between our agile contract and a regular retainer is that you’ll always only pay for the effort you use. During the mission briefing phase we’ll work together to choose the support tier that reflects the velocity and complexity of your project. The support tier sets the expectation for the monthly effort spent on the project. This gives you a predictable throughput and cost month over month until your needs change and we adjust the support tier up or down.
What if I don’t use all the effort allocated to a month
Pretty simple, you don’t pay for that. Your tier sets the upper limit of your obligation, that means we expect to work to that level of effort monthly. If we find that over a couple of months you’re not using close to your hours we’ll talk to you about moving you to a lower tier. If we find you need more from us we can move you to a higher tier (as long as we have capacity).
What if I need more effort than is available for my tier for a month?
If you find yourself faced with a new opportunity you need to jump on, or you need to speed up your project to meet new conditions we do our best to give you the hours you need. If we can accommodate extra time for you we’ll let you know what it might cost and you decide if you want us to re-prioritise or add the extra effort. We’ll also let you know if you’re tracking for a big month early on so we can adjust. It’s always good to have some advanced notice if you’re going to need more time.
